🌿 Returns on Unopened Products
If you’ve changed your mind about a product and it’s still unopened and unused, you can return it within 15 days of purchase. Once we receive the item, we’ll issue a full refund (excluding original shipping fees). Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

- A 100% refund will be issued for qualifying items once we’ve received and inspected your return.

Due to the perishable nature of fresh mushrooms, we cannot accept returns simply based on a change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us immediately and we’ll resolve the issue with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
